CAROL S. MATTINGLY, CPA: Carol is a Certified Public Accountant and serves as Controller and Treasurer of the firm. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a Minor in Economics from the University of Kentucky in 1985. Prior to joining the practice, Carol gained experience as an auditor for a then National “Big 8” accounting firm, and served as an accounting manager of a publicly traded international manufacturing company and controller and officer of a regional construction firm.

DEBBIE A. WRIGHT: Debbie has been a valuable part of our team since 1997. You will normally encounter Debbie as the receptionist. She also performs accounting and other general administrative tasks.

BERNADETTE B. O’DANIEL: Bernadette has over 35 years of experience in real estate transactions, closings, title work, and title insurance. In addition to serving as a real estate paralegal for most of those years, she has also has experience as chief consumer lender at a branch of a large regional bank. Bernadette also has significant experience with estate planning documents and assisting with collection litigation for our banking clients.

ALYSSA P. GORDON: After earning her Paralegal Degree, Alyssa worked for a firm in Lexington before returning to Lebanon over 20 years ago to join our team. Alyssa coordinates the firm’s litigation practice and is actively involved in case development, research, and support.

ERIN T. BLAND: Erin joined our office in 2015. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting in 2004 from Campbellsville University. Before joining the firm she was a staff accountant for a local accounting firm. Erin is primarily involved in estate administration and coordination and provides support in business and commercial litigation.
